Frequently Asked Questions - Including a Photograph
If you're a full member of NSAA, you can include a photograph
with your listing on the Web site.
This will also be included in the Speakers Directory when it is
printed.
There are two ways in which you can submit the photo for your
listing:
Please read the instructions below carefully to determine which
method is best for you. If you're not familiar with preparing
graphics for Web pages, we strongly recommend that you use the first
method.
Please do not send photographs by e-mail.
Sending a printed photograph
Send a good quality photograph with your name and address clearly
written on the back (Write it on a sticker then adhere it).
Please make sure the photo is of good quality - we reserve the right
to reject poor quality photos.
There is a $20 charge for photos to cover scanning and entry costs.
Please pay by cheque, made payable to NSAA.
Send the photo, your cheque, and a stamped self-addressed envelope
(if you would like the photo returned) to the NSAA Secretariat:

Uploading your photograph directly
If you have your photo scanned in already, you can upload it
directly to the site.
If you're not familiar with preparing graphics for Web pages,
we strongly recommend that you use the other method above.
Please note that your photo must be in a certain format for it to
be displayed on the Web site:
- It must be in GIF or JPG (also known as JPEG) file format.
These are the only file formats that are acceptable for photos
on the Internet.
- The maximum file size is 15Kb.
- The recommended maximum dimensions for the photograph are 160
pixels wide and 230 pixels high.
To upload your photo,
log in using your name and password, click
"Change your photograph", then follow the instructions.
